Ervin Douglas Wright II & Family CYO Scholarship Fund
Longtime parishioner Ervin Wright, came to Olathe, from Indianapolis, IN in the 1980's with his wife CheryI, son Dominick, and daughter Brandi. As a youngster growing up and through his teen years, Ervin was active in a variety of youth sports. He eventually was awarded an athletic/academic scholarship to wrestle at Indiana State University. A man of deep faith, determination, and grit Ervin sought a firm foundation through hard work and a tenacious spirit.
As legendary coach, John Wooden, has said, "I am just a common man who is true to his beliefs." On behalf of Ervin's penchant for scholarship, sports, and to transcend Iife as a man of God, the Ervin D. Wright II CYO Scholarship Fund is established.
